6th Assignment : How Kyungwoo is staying healthy

..........KyungWoo Kim does several things to try to keep fit. He eats 3 meals a day. Even if he doesn’t have enough time to eat breakfast, he never skips the breakfast. He also exercises regularly. He runs on the treadmill, and he works out at least 3 times a week. Another thing he does for staying healthy is thinking positively. He tries not to get stressed not only from work but also from his personal life. He believes that “stresses” is the biggest reasons for getting sick. Finally, he never works too much. Therefore, he tries to call it a day at 6 o’clock everyday. In conclusion, He does lots of things to keep in shape.

  1. It's hard not to skip breakfast, especially when you have to be to work by 8:00 am. I get up at 6:00 every morning and prepare breakfast for my family but I never eat. It's too early and I can't bring myself to eat rice and soup at that time in the morning. So, I often end up skipping breakfast which I know isn't good.
